Who handles your data

The controller is the owner of chillbs.com listed in the legal notice, where you will find their contact details.

What we store and why

• If you create an account: your email, username, password (hashed, we never see it) and your pick'em predictions, so you can log in, play and appear on leaderboards under your username. Legal basis: the terms you accept when signing up.
• When you browse: one technical session cookie to keep you logged in, and server logs (IP and time) kept by the host for security. No analytics or advertising cookies.
• Pro player data: player name, tag, team, country and public games published by the official Brawl Stars API and the official BSC site, processed under legitimate interest to report on competitive play. Players can ask us to remove their page.

We do not sell or share your data. Only our hosting provider (Banahosting) and the mail server that sends account emails process it on our behalf.

How long

For as long as you keep your account. Delete it yourself in My account → Delete my account: your account and picks are removed immediately. Login attempts are deleted after 24 hours.

Minors

You must be 14 or older to create an account.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the owner, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
